* Because this tumbler is personalised and made to order, returns/exchanges are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your order, contact me directly so we can sort it out.
* A proof will be sent via Etsy message before printing. If you do not respond to the message within 48 hours the tumbler will be sent as is.
